● 1 1/2 cups almond milk
● 1 cup pureed pumpkin
● Maple syrup and greek yogurt (Toppings)
● Coconut oil for cooking

● 1 banana
● 1 cup of rolled oats
● 2 tablespoons of flaxseed
● 1 teaspoon of baking powder
● 1/4 cup of protein powder
● 1 cup of almond milk or water
● 1 tablespoon agave syrup
● Blueberries and strawberries (Toppings)

● 1/4 cup Whey Protein Powder
● 1 Banana (Large)
● 1/2 cup Almond Milk
● 1/4 cup Rolled Oats (Gluten-Free)
● 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
● A handful of Blueberries (cut and put directly into the batter)
