  • 1 serving plain protein powder

  • 1 ½ cup almond milk

  • Handfull of blueberries

  • Handfull of strawberries

  • Swetener to taste


Oats, spice & banana protein shake recipe

  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • ½ cup dry oats

  • Natural raw honey to taste

  • ½ a banana

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ½ teaspoon vanilla, pinch of nutmeg, pinch of salt, pinch of ginger

  • Whipped cream topping (your choice)


Orange banana protein shake recipe

  • 1 serving plain protein powder

  • Blend half a banana with an orange

  • ½ cup plain yogurt

  • Preferred sweetener to taste
